Having had a month to reflect on our trip on the Whanganui, and having boasted about it to all and sundry, I thought I would try to convey the appreciation of us all, but more especially the Northern mob.
I think we enjoyed something special and there are probably a number of reasons for this.
It would include the organisation and menu, for which you can take full credit but more importantly it was the mix of guides/paying customers and how we finished the trip liking each other more than we did when we started it.
