Christchurch Grand Tour - Welcome Aboard

Iconic Christchurch attractions, a friendly local guide, an informative and interactive day trip – all in one tour!

Start the day with a gentle punt ride through the picturesque Botanic Gardens, followed by a trip to the Port Hills where the stunning 360 degree views from the Christchurch Gondola await you. There is time to stroll the walkways, visit the Time Tunnel Ride Experience and soak up the views before traveling via Lyttelton Harbour, to the quaint seaside township of Sumner. From Sumner, head back into town to board the inner city’s historic Tramway. The tram drivers provide informative commentary about points of interest as the tram circumnavigates the city centre. Jump on and off at leisure to explore the inner city, there is plenty of time to visit the Canterbury Museum, Christchurch Art Gallery or shop at one of the many boutique stores in the Art Centre.

Departures:
8.30 am daily from selected accommodation.  Please inform us at time of booking.

9.00 am daily from Tram Stop, Cathedral Square.

The Tramway Restaurant departs from Cathedral Junction at 7pm (Jun – Aug), 7:30pm (Sept – May) with Rolleston Dinner menu for $85.
